Product characteristics:

 

  • EBI-FRY: Raw Peeled & Tail-On/ Stretch/ Butterfly shrimp 10-25g pieces, dusted, battered and breaded with white, orange or mixed white & orange crumbs in ratio of 35-65% breading.
  • TEMPURA: Raw Peeled & Tail-On/ Stretch/ Butterfly shrimp 5-20g pieces, dusted, battered in ratio of 30-60% breading, and fried at 170-180oC for 20-90 seconds.
  • FRITTER: Raw Peeled & Tail-On/ Stretch/ Butterfly shrimp 5-10g pieces, dusted, battered in ratio of 30-50% breading, and fried at 170-180oC for 15-30 seconds.

 

Product ingredients: shrimp, flour, bread crumbs, salt, STPP.

 

Preservation method: keep frozen at -18oC.

 

Shelf  life: 18 months from the production date

 

General cooking instructions: deep fry frozen breaded shrimp in hot oil at 170-180oC for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
